I Joined the 'Relay For Life' !

From the 2nd-3rd June..I joined the 'Relay for Life' and signed myself as a volunteer..Chi Foong and Wai Bin came along with me..Other people probably busy studying since it was one week before our semester EXAM! =/. Anyways, it was fun..at first we don't know what to do because it was crowded and it was a bit disorganised =/. But...we managed to sneak ourselves into the volunteer booth and helped out..hehe..It was absolutely great! especially the people working together with us at the booth(Dr.Dalilah, Mr.Chew, Indra)..and of course the busy Mr.Ravi-our volunteer captain. We ate Chicken Rice Shop chicken rice..=p..absolutely delicious..hehe. After that, at 7pm sharp when the programme is suppose to start..It was raining heavily..At 7.30 when the rain subsided to drizzling..the cancer survivors walked the first lap with everyone cheering them..COOL!..thinking that they once had cancer, It was a great feeling looking at how healthy and happy they were..These people fought hard to battle cancer so nothing is impossible once you have the faith to do it..Trust me..And here comes the pictures..

After 16 hours(the next morning), the event ended..Overall, i guess it is a good event..Hope to join it next year if it doesn't coincide with my A2 exams..=p The event will probably be much bigger and organised next year! Anyways..that's all =/

E VON NE's 18th Birthday..=)

Hmm..E von ne...one of the sweetest girl in class...The messages she send is one of a kind...haha...VERY and I MEAN VERY POLITE...She's cute too haha..Anyways..on the 19th of May(one day before her birthday..) We met up at Sunway Piramid to celebrate her birthday..=) Overall, it was an interesting birthday and as usual..i had my fun..=D. McDonald's Rulez!..haha...We had some delicious Pizza from Pizza Hut~(1300-88-2525)..i forgot what pizza i ate..(but i didn't get any allergies so it is definitely not Atlantis Pizza or whatchama call it) Jason Yong and I left a bit early to find a cake for e von ne..but WHAT THE HELL?? There's no simple cake on sale at Sunway Piramid...So we had to go out of Sunway Piramid to a nearby shop to get a delicious blueberry cake..hehe ^_^ anyways..here are some of the pics..again..HAPPY BIRTHDAY E VON NE!

He left PM7...because he had the JPA scholarship..haha..Congratulations btw..( i said that many times)..I'll definitely miss him although he says he hates me =p..haha..I'm bloody sitting alone for MATHS CLASS!=( You were the only close indian friend i know..seriously..didn't know what A/L stands for until i met ya haha..i'm a bit oblivious..sorry..See ya soon! Doggies Galore! Central Park Bandar Utama!

Sorry that my blog was inactive for a period of time..i was kinda busy with my exams.=p TAKE THAT JASON FONG! You say my blog is DEAD..It's ALIVE now alright! =) I was at Central Park Bandar Utama to help SPCA out at an event organised by puppy.com. If i'm not mistaken..it should be 27 May 2007. It was absolutely fun and there were so many CUTE DOGS! Of course i didn't miss out my chance to take pics of those dogs..^_^ Those who missed this opportunity should go for it next time..it was a time to let you dogs interact with one another and maybe make new friends along the way..Unfortunately i didn't bring my dog V cuz she's REALLY playful..=p Anyways..there will be lots of these events so don't miss it! ^_^ Here are some pics i took at the event..=)

Ugly Cards? Trash?...What the HELL?! Bullshit..

Last Saturday..Well..I was with Jeng Nee and a group of friends (i only know Jason Fong and May Jin)..helping the spastic children to make cards SO THAT it can be given to corporate companies. These corporate companies are suppose to sell these cards and a (little) certain amount will be donated to the spastic children..
Honestly..it was fun looking at all the stamps and how cool it was to see how easy it was to make a nice shape and colour it...(just stamp and colour!) We were unable to make a specific choice because there were so many choices of cards to choose from...(and they all looked nice)
So Jeng Nee specifically asked whether we can make our own design (mix and match) to one of the assistants in charge..umm..Puan A..and SHE SAID YES....So well..I was happily sticking double-sided tapes to one of the ready-made flower designs while other people are stamping and colouring..
I thought Jeng Nee was doing a great job colouring the first card and designing it nicely..and all of us were thinking how fun it was and we were planning to come and help out again sometime..BUT THEN...
Puan B took one of the cards that Jeng Nee made and said 'Who will buy this card? Tell me who will buy this card? Nobody will buy this card.. You got to follow the design of the cards and a lot of these cards will be rejected as trash (referring to the card Jeng Nee made)' We teach the children to blah blah blah..Bi*ch..Well...of course Jeng Nee will feel dissappointed..(any human will do)
C'mon! We're helping to volunteer so can't you be a bit more polite while speaking to us or giving us advise?! We don't owe you anything and we're not being paid for so why the heck are you being a bi*ch? bloody hell..
Minutes later..while we were planning to do something else (follow the design)..she asked us to keep the stuffs..(indirectly kicking us out..). Well..we were nice enough to help her keep everything...sigh...^_^
Jeng Nee actually apologised to her before we left about messing her place and stuff like that..(which we obviously did not do)..then she started replying like 'blah blah blah mrs. mary is suppose to teach you and hope to see you again..' I doubt i'll be seeing you again..^_^.
Sigh..i pity Jeng Nee..she actually wanted to go and help out more cuz she really loved the stuffs there..(the stamps..colours..being the art student that she is..)..Trust me..We can get somewhere else..this isn't the only school that has these stuffs...haha SMILE! =D
Dun worry! I think you and the group did a splendid job...! I will honestly buy the cards if it is for charity..=D I won't buy cards if it is for corporate companies..btw..here are some of the products made my our group..I think it is nice enough..if you think it is not nice then maybe you're right cuz you're entitled to your opinion but i truly think that the lady could've been more polite because we are volunteers...Ciao! (I lost Jason Fong's cards...I wanted to insult it...=p NOW I LOST MY OPPURTUNITY...SIGH...) =)
